March 13, 2020: After careful assessment of the growing concerns regarding the COVID 19 outbreak and out of an abundance of caution, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the 29th Annual AGC Houston BBQ Cook-Off. The new date has not yet been determined but we are working with the Skeeters organization and the City of Sugar Land officials to come up with a date that works for all. Your safety is extremely important to us and we want to ensure that you and your guests feel comfortable attending the event. Health risk concerns aside, we are also worried about vendor participation, availability of supplies, and guest/judge turnout.  Contact tamara.h@agchouston.org for more information.
