Project Information Services
Increase your business opportunities by utilizing the AGC project information services... iSqFt Internet Plan Room and the physical AGC Plan Room. Project Information is provided to AGC members to keep them aware of construction bid activity. Generating competitive bid activity gives firms the opportunity to increase their business opportunities.
To view plans/specs, visit our physical Planroom (located on Dacoma) or go online. Our news service is included in membership dues. We track the following items on bidding projects in our territory:
- Scope and description of the project
- Bid date/time and prebid date/time
- Trade items to bid on the project
- Bidding General Contractors, phone and fax numbers
- Architects/Engineers/Owners, phone and fax numbers
- Recorded addendum
- Bid date/time changes
- Low bidders and Contract awards (project, company, amount)
The AGC Houston Newsroom/Planroom is located at 3825 Dacoma St., Houston, TX 77092 and is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays (with the exception of holiday hours).
With night reserve, members may borrow sets of plans and specs overnight. The reservation time begins at 4:30 p.m. and must be returned the following morning. Night reserve may be requested either by phone or in person, based on availability.
Construction Project Information (CPI) Reporting
The CPI, or Construction Project Information Report, lists the newly announced projects which is available to you via fax/email every Monday. With timely reporting, we provide the leads and all pertinent bid information for you on new projects within Houston and the included surrounding 24 counties.
