A series of four ½ day workshops will be presented entitled: "The New Competitiveness in Design & Construction: 12 Strategies that will Drive the 21st Century´s Most Successful Firms"

The material in the workshops will address two specific questions. (1) what are the critical performance characteristics of the world´s most competitive A/E/C firms? (2) What will be required to join the next generation of global market leaders?

The findings of this research will be of interest to all professionals involved in the AEC industry although it is specifically targeted to firm owners, partners, principals, and managers.
